Lafayette, IN – Arnett’s Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) Clinic offers a comprehensive management program that encourages patients to take an active role in their care and offers interaction with other CHF patients.

The CHF Clinic educates patients concerning medication, medication compliance, how to maintain a low sodium diet, signs and symptoms of congestive heart failure, and the importance exercise plays in keeping healthy. Individual and shared visit opportunities are available. Medical shared visits allow for peer support and patient-to-patient questions. Medical shared visits are held on Wednesday mornings at Arnett Cardiology, located at 1116 N 16th Street, Lafayette, Indiana. The overall goal for the CHF Clinic is to improve self-management and to better understand the CHF disease process. Recognizing early, subtle changes in CHF patients can reduce crisis and the need for an Emergency Room visits. Families are encouraged to attend sessions.
