Health Promotion Program
Health care spending is rising faster than at any other time in history and employers have been hard hit. No surprise that many employers are looking for ways to contain the skyrocketing prices.
What many employers do not realize is that 75% of the employees’ health care costs and productivity losses are related to employee lifestyle choices. Research shows that through wellness initiatives, employers can slow down loss and even make gains at a rate of $1 spent to $3 saved.
We know that no two employers are alike and what drives health care costs for one will not be a factor for another. That is why Clarian Arnett takes the time to evaluate company goals and needs and employee health and safety risks and interests before suggesting a health promotion programs.
This assessment-driven approach pulls information together culminating in an aggregate report by using:
• Employer Focus Groups

Ergonomic Services and Programs
Workplace injuries are a leading cause of health care costs and worker’s compensation expenses. Traditionally, ergonomic assessments have pointed to capital expenditures to reduce workplace injuries associated with functional workplace activities. However, ergonomic assessments that incorporate health behavior aspects point to modifications in employee and supervisor behaviors or current policies and practices that place employees at risk for workplace injuries.
Ergonomic assessments and educational workshops offer employers broad workplace safety opportunities to drive down costs and promote workplace safety and employee productivity.
